SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Secret Blaze Beauty Supply offers FREE SHIPPING for order over $99 within Canada with a maximum weight of 0.75kg. Certain heavy items are not available for free shipping. Orders under $99, after discounts and before taxes will be calculated at check out. Remote areas in Canada extra charges may apply. Delivery will only be made to Canadian addresses only , this excludes certain Post Office Boxes and remotes postal codes.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 12 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping for orders over $99 within Canada, using Canada Post.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:

Currently we are only shipping to the United States outside of Canada.

As your shipment is being processed, we’ve been notified that an import tariff will be required before the order can be released for final delivery. This fee is set by the local customs authority and is not included in the original purchase price.

What this means for you:

A tariff payment will be needed in order for your package to clear customs which is your responsibility.
You will receive instructions from the courier or customs office on how to complete the payment.
Shipping with the United States (expect Hawaii & Alaska). Currently free shipping is not available. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: All packages return will be subjected to a 30% restocking fees and shipping charges are not refunded.
